YUUworld Delivery Policy

Order Address and Postage Options

Delivery will be to the address provided in the order. Unless you specify a different shipping address we will deliver to the billing address of the card.

Depending on delivery location, customers will have a choice of Interlink Express or Royal Mail. Some customers will have no choice please see below for details.

Dispatch

YUUworld endeavour to dispatch all orders received by 1 pm Monday to Friday that same afternoon. For orders received after 1pm Monday to Friday, or over a weekend or bank holiday, dispatch will be the next business day.

You will receive an email advising your order has been shipped once it has left the warehouse.

Delivery Times

Please note these are approximate, however in most cases delivery times are as detailed below under Delivery Options.

Once the order has left the warehouse it is then the responsibility of the carrier (either Royal Mail or Interlink Express). If your order has not arrived in the time advised below please contact us and we will track your order.

For mainland UK customers (excludes Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Scilly Isles and Isle of Man)

Interlink Express

We strongly recommend Interlink Express courier. This service is the quickest and cheapest with next business day delivery following dispatch (see above for Dispatch information)

Royal Mail
We understand that some customers prefer to have delivery via Royal Mail and we do offer this option at the point of checkout. However, since the steep rise in Royal Mail costs in April 2012, please note delivery via Royal Mail starts at £12.00 and takes longer than Interlink Express, typically 2 to 3 business days following dispatch. Royal Mail orders cannot be tracked with the same level of detail as those placed with Interlink Express.

UK 'excluded postcodes' - Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Scilly Isles and Isle of Man

Royal Mail is the only delivery option to these destinations.

Republic of Ireland

Interlink Express is the only delivery option to Ireland.

Pre-Order items

When ordering a YUU product, if this is not currently in stock you will be pre-ordering and dispatch time will be notified on products page.

Any pre-order items will be clearly marked as such on the website and confirmation emails.
